In the course of a decade, the number of various non-governmental s increased to a great extent. This on the one hand is welcome news, if the tendency brings about the strengthening of self- movements, however, on the other hand it incorporates the danger that tender and sponsorship supports available would be broken up into small pieces. There is competition also among civilians: it is enough to just think about the campaign regarding the offering of the 1% of our income tax, but there is a similar contest in place also for tender resources and the goodwill of patrons.

Although today it is more difficult for a non-governmental  to manage, but all in all, competition with each other may still encourage participants to development. Nowadays it is not sufficient any more to trust the power of personal relationships, from the small entrepreneurs to pharmaceutical companies with a turnover of billions it is monitored everywhere, what an  spent the donations on, and how they are able to efficiently utilise available resources. The transparency of management and accountability are basic expectations.

MSMBA is in a good position regarding this competition. We have learned, and he also tried to teach the associates of local s how to write applications, how to keep accurate books, and how to maintain a smooth relationship with the social sphere and the scope of business. We provide information on a regular basis in our public report about supports transferred to local s, the amounts spent on programs, developments, asset purchases, social benefits, which data are regularly published both on the internet and the SejtMag Magazine, thus providing for transparency of our management activity.

In the name of our fellow sufferers we have to thank many, many people for the successes of the past 10 years: active MS patients, family members, volunteers, physicians and nurses, private individuals and entrepreneurs, health care institutions, and pharmaceutical companies providing medicinal products for MS therapies and generously supporting our development projects. We hope that based on our results they will consider us worthy of partnership in the future as well. We can never be satisfied, because just as the MS disease has the individual person face new unexpected challenges one after the other, the communities of fellow sufferers supported by us also need to be able to count on firm support, which is represented by MSMBA for them.
